Eclectic Scape currently operates as a business under this brand name and is actively finalizing its formal registration as a legal entity in Indonesia. These Terms apply to your agreement with the operators of the Eclectic Scape brand.

II. MARKETPLACE TERMS (Physical Goods)

  1. Order Fulfillment: Orders are final upon receipt of full payment. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs or third-party logistics partners.

  2. International Shipping (DDU): All international shipments are under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country.

  3. Custom Orders: Custom orders require final written approval and cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced.

III. TRAVEL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

  1. Role as Intermediary: We act only as a consultant and intermediary in recommending or arranging travel services. We do not directly provide hotel stays, flights, or local tours.

  2. Third-Party Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, or omission caused by third-party travel providers (airlines, hotels, guides, etc.).

  3. Service Fees: Fees paid to Eclectic Scape for travel consultation services are non-refundable.

IV. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Content Ownership: All editorial content, newsletters, and photographic material are owned by Eclectic Scape. Users may not reproduce or republish our content without explicit written permission.

  2. Disclaimer: All editorial and travel advice is for general information and inspirational purposes only and should not be considered professional or investment advice.

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Eclectic Scape's maximum liability to the customer for any claim arising from these Terms is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid by the customer to Eclectic Scape for the specific product or service in question.
