What are your lead times?
Lead times vary significantly based on the designer's location and the level of customization. Typically: Ready-made items: 2–4 weeks for preparation + shipping time. Custom orders: 6–10 weeks for production + shipping time. We will confirm the exact timeline during your inquiry.

How do I place an order?
You can either: 1. Inquire directly via our website contact form, or 2. Email us with the product name, desired quantity, and delivery location. We will follow up with pricing, lead time, and shipping details.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
NO. We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The client is responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees required by the destination country. These fees will be billed directly to you by the courier upon delivery. Please review our [Payment Policy] for full details.

What is your policy on damages, returns, and warranty?
