Eclectic Scape (Effective Date: November 11, 2025)

This policy outlines the accepted payment methods, the secure checkout process, and the details regarding shipping duties and taxes for all international purchases.

I. Currency and Accepted Payment Methods

Transaction Currency All prices on Eclectic Scape are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD), unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods We securely accept payments through our trusted third-party payment gateway, Stripe, which includes:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

  • Other digital payment methods supported by Stripe, depending on your geographic location.

All transactions are processed in a highly secure and encrypted environment.

II. Payment and Order Processing

Payment Authorization Payment for your order, including the product price and shipping fees, will be authorized and processed in full at the time your order is confirmed.

Security We utilize the Stripe platform, which adheres to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS Level 1) compliance, to ensure your financial information is protected. Eclectic Scape does not store your credit card details on its servers.

III. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

  • Import Duties and Taxes (DDU): The price you pay to Eclectic Scape DOES NOT include any Import Duties, Value Added Tax (VAT/GST), or customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country.

  • Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for paying all applicable Import Duties, Taxes, and related customs fees required by their country's customs office.

  • Billing: These charges will be billed directly to the customer by the courier or a customs broker upon arrival or prior to final delivery.

Please Note: Failure to pay customs fees may result in shipping delays, significant storage charges, or the eventual return of the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any potential refund or charged directly to the Buyer.

IV. Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is subsequently reversed (e.g., chargeback), Eclectic Scape reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order immediately. Any fees or costs incurred by Eclectic Scape due to payment failure or dispute will be passed on to the customer
